Once the purchase decision is taken and price is agreed with the seller, our legal department takes all necessary steps for the completion of the sale.
Specifically, steps include:
• drafting and support for the signature of the agreement of advance payment
• assistance for bank account opening
• issue tax registry number
• legal check of all property titles at the Land Registry Office and the Cadaster
• issue all certificates and supportive documents
• drafting and execution of the notary deed for the completion of the purchase including all parties involved.
